Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Client Development Executive to join the Clients & Markets team in Manchester or other DAC Beachcroft offices. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving client listening initiatives and supporting the firm’s client development strategy.

Flexible working is welcomed, with opportunities across offices including Manchester. You will work closely with partners and client teams, supporting programmes that translate feedback into action and growth

Qualifications

Experience in a business development, client development or client listening role.
Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships across levels.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with aptitude to translate data into insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support client planning, relationship mapping, client feedback programmes and client intelligence activities.
Assist client teams with proposals, capability statements and client plans.
Support delivery and evaluation of client listening programmes and post‑matter reviews.
Promote use of client development tools, CRM systems and engagement platforms.
Analyse client data and prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for leadership.
