Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Client Development Executive to join our Clients & Markets team in Bristol, with flexible working options across offices. You will strengthen client relationships, support client listening programmes and drive best practice across the firm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a business development, client development or client listening role.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through client planning, relationship mapping, client feedback programmes, gap analysis, marketing campaigns and client intelligence activities.
• Assist client teams in capitalising on business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements, client plans and client commitment documents.
• Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of the firm's client listening programmes, helping ensure feedback is translated into meaningful actions and improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for DACB's Post Matter Review (PMR) programme, helping maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of the process.
• Promote and encourage effective use of client development technologies and tools, including client listening platforms, CRM systems and engagement tools, through training, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse client and prospect data, producing dashboards, reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations for client teams and business leaders.
