Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP in Manchester is seeking a Client Development Executive to join the Clients & Markets team. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, improving listening programmes, and driving best practice across the firm.

You will work with colleagues across the business to translate client feedback into action, support proposals and client plans, and help deliver the firm's client growth initiatives. Flexible working is welcomed, with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development, client development or client listening role.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support client planning and relationship mapping to strengthen and grow client relationships.
• Assist client teams in capitalising on business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements, client plans and client commitment documents.
• Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of client listening programmes, translating feedback into meaningful actions.
• Act as the primary contact for the PMR programme and maximize opportunities identified through client feedback.
• Promote and encourage use of client development technologies and CRM tools through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse client and prospect data, producing dashboards and presentations with actionable insights for client teams and business leaders.
