Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Client Development Executive to join the Clients & Markets team in Bristol, with flexible working options. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, enhancing client listening programmes and driving best practice across the Firm.

You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver client insight, identify growth opportunities and support firmwide business development programmes. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development, client development or client listening role.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyse data and communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through planning, mapping, feedback programmes, gap analysis, campaigns and intelligence activities.
• Assist client teams in capitalising on business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements, client plans and commitment documents.
• Support delivery, growth and evaluation of client listening programmes, translating feedback into actions and improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for the PMR programme, maximising opportunities identified through client feedback and improving process.
• Promote use of client development technologies and tools, including CRM systems and engagement tools, through training and communications.
• Analyse client and prospect data, producing dashboards, reports and presentations with actionable insights.
