Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Client Development Executive to join the Clients & Markets team in Newcastle, offering flexible working arrangements. You will support client planning, feedback programmes and opportunities to strengthen relationships while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

You will contribute to client listening initiatives, convert feedback into improvements, and promote adoption of CRM and other client development technologies across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client development or client listening.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisation with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through planning, mapping, feedback, analysis and campaigns.
• Assist client teams in pursuing business development opportunities with proposals and client plans.
• Support client listening programmes and translate feedback into actions.
• Act as the primary contact for the PMR programme and maximise opportunities from client feedback.
• Promote use of client development technologies, CRM and engagement tools through training and communications.
• Analyse client and prospect data, producing dashboards, reports and presentations with insights.
