Confidential is seeking a Customer Sales Executive to join a fast-paced team in the United Kingdom. You will handle enquiries, build customer relationships, and convert opportunities into sales while providing excellent service.

The role focuses on creating tailored quotations, upselling where appropriate, and collaborating with sales, production and warehouse teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in busy customer service or sales environment.
• Track record of meeting targets.
• Confident communication skills over phone and in writing.
• Customer-first approach and ability to build rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude to spot opportunities and follow through.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries and quotations by phone and email.
• Prepare tailored quotations by understanding customer needs and recommending products.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and suggest alternatives to increase sales.
• Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into orders.
• Keep customer records and order information up to date.
• Collaborate with sales, production, warehouse and external suppliers to deliver customer service.
• Manage incoming enquiries through email management system and maintain workload.
• Work towards individual and team sales revenue and quotation targets.
