Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for Customer Service enquiries and issues, identify solutions, and implement actions to achieve resolutions.
Capture customer orders accurately and efficiently using various methods.
Provide support to Sales Teams and engage with customers across levels, including high value or specialist accounts.
Communicate professionally and respond promptly to internal and external enquiries.
Complete system-based transactions in line with business requirements and departmental workloads.
Aim to improve personal performance through training, coaching and development opportunities.
