Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders through to completion.
• Check stock availability and liaise with internal teams.
• Review enquiries and quotations and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries with third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
