Job summary

Adecco UK & Ireland is seeking a Service and Maintenance Coordinator for a Northwich-based office role. The position is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a temp-to-perm contract.

You will coordinate engineers, schedule customer visits, manage service documentation, and ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently. As the main point of contact for customers, you will deliver an excellent service experience from initial booking through to completion, with

• Experience planning service visits and coordinating field engineers.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service and maintenance visits for customers.
• Be the main point of contact for customers regarding visit dates and updates.
• Process engineer documentation and ensure compliance.
• Provide quotations and service reports when required.
• Coordinate repairs, parts and follow-up work efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and CRM.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams for smooth operations.
