ABCA Systems Ltd in Greater Manchester is looking for a Service Coordinator / Engineer Planner to coordinate day-to-day reactive maintenance workloads across our service contracts in the region. You’ll ensure engineers have well-planned workloads, the right materials and clear information to complete jobs efficiently, while maintaining excellent communication with our clients.

You’ll plan weekly workloads, schedule reactive maintenance, liaise with clients, order stock and maintain CRM records

Qualifikationen

• Essential: Previous experience planning and managing engineers' workloads.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicating with clients, engineers and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
• Good attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience using CRM systems is essential; Cash experience advantageous.
• Experience in fire and security industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate weekly engineer workloads and routes.
• Ensure engineers have a full and achievable workload each day, including managing failed or cancelled jobs.
• Schedule reactive maintenance in line with Action Due dates and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients regarding booked works, appointments and ongoing jobs.
• Order and arrange stock required for bespoke and pre-booked works.
• Coordinate engineer stock collections and ensure engineers maintain an appropriate stock level.
• Handle initial telephone enquiries from clients and engineers.
• Work closely with engineers and the wider Service Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records and update the company’s CRM system.
