Job summary

Back TO Work in York is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to deliver first-line support for client issues via phone, helpdesk portal and email. You will work closely with the Implementation Team and Client Services to ensure smooth transitions from project to BAU, providing a high level of service to existing clients.

The role requires strong communication, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines in a client-facing environment. Training and development opportunities are offered.

• Investigate and resolve client support issues in a timely, thorough manner.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and meet deadlines in a client-facing role.
