Qualifications

• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience or qualifications in IT are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively across IT teams.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support by diagnosing and resolving issues or escalating when needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting and developing key systems/applications.
• Maintain and improve existing systems for reliability and performance.
• Install, configure and support IT assets to enable users to perform their roles.
• Collaborate with IT teams to meet service delivery standards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for processes and changes.
