Job summary

Vets for Pets Cardiff Bay is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor for fixed-term maternity cover. This on-site front-of-house role focuses on delivering warm, professional service to clients and their pets while supporting smooth day-to-day operations in a busy practice.

You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle calls and emails, process payments, and support the veterinary team with administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and professional Client Care Advisor to join our wonderful front-of-house team at Cardiff Bay Vets for Pets!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both people and pets and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our busy veterinary practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and professional approach
• Managing appointments and diary scheduling
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
• Providing reassurance and empathy to pet owners during both routine and challenging visits
