Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Clerk of Works in the civil/built environment.
  • Full UK driving licence is necessary.
  • Experience in construction of traditional masonry buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Clerk of Works duties from start to finish on various electricity substations.
  • Ensure construction compliance with designs, standards, and specifications.
  • Chair on-site coordination meetings and provide updates to clients.

Skills

Effective technical and non-technical communication skills
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
Understanding construction methodologies

Education

Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant Building Construction qualification
Registered or working towards registration with Institute of Clerks of Works

Tools

CSCS registration in relevant discipline
