A healthcare service organization in the United Kingdom seeks a Band 2 Clerical Officer to join the Health Records Department at Perth Royal Infirmary. This fixed-term position involves responsibilities such as handling case records and responding to requests via electronic means and telephone. We are looking to recruit a Band 2 Clerical Officer to join our busy team within the Health Records Department at Perth Royal Infirmary. This is an interesting and varied post carrying out various duties within the Health Records Library including pulling/filing of case records and dealing with requests for records electronically and via telephone. Applicants should possess good IT and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work under pressure and be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of professionals and service users.
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 37 hrs per week. Fixed Term/Secondment for 1 year.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
