We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to support the Business Support Team within our Families First Service.

In order to undertake this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • GCSE Grade A*-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • A willingness to undertake appropriate learning and development as required.

The role involves searching through various systems to identify families, summarise historical involvement with services, and add Contact Records to our system.

The information read is highly sensitive and can be distressing at times. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential.

You should be able to self-motivate and work independently, as other clerical staff work from home.

The team operates from 8am to 8pm, and we welcome applicants interested in covering the hours from 10am-6pm or 12noon-8pm.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
