Full Time Permanent Role - 39 hours per week, Annual Average

• Summer Season (March - September): 7am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-3.30pm Friday's
• Winter Season (October - February): 7.30am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am-2pm Friday's

The person

• Street and green spaces cleansing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• Applicants must be reliable and conscientious, have a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Possessing the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
• Flexible and willing to work a seasonal, rotational shift pattern, including weekends.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

The Opportunity

The role requires working outdoors and encompasses many different areas, from litter picking, emptying bins, graffiti removal, to ad‑hoc assignments across the East Herts.

Key duties also include:

• Carrying out groundsman duties.
• Conducting park inspections and reporting any issues.
• Driving company vehicles and towing trailers as required.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.
