Cleaning Supervisor

Excellerate Services UK is an award-winning quality driven contract cleaning & support services specialist with an innovative approach to delivering value-engineered Soft FM solutions to today’s-built environment.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous management experience with the ability to train staff. You will be able to assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner and You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients.

If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.

Role Specifications:

  • All round cleaning experience
  • Able to work on own initiative and manage own time
  • Able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team
  • Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH
  • High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
  • Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
  • To deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor.
  • To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team

Role Requirements:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites
  • To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
  • Uniform provided and specified is worn with care being clean and ironed

Working Hours for a Cleaning Supervisor: 36

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 07:00-13:00
