Job summary

Churchill Services. Based across Surrey (Chertsey, Banstead, Godalming and Tongham) with regular travel between sites, is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to lead our Make Ready Division.

The role oversees an emergency services contract across Surrey, managing a team across 5–7 sites and coordinating travel as needed. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee service delivery, recruit and coach cleaning teams, and conduct regular reports and reviews to

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning industry.
• Experience managing commercial cleaning contracts, facilities services, or similar operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee and uphold the quality-of-service delivery across all sites.
• Recruit, manage, and coach cleaning teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
• Conduct regular reports, audits, and project reviews to support the Operations Manager and meet contractual requirements.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients to ensure ongoing alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account growth.
