Uniting Holding is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee client sites across varied locations. The role requires a full driving licence, a flexible 40-hour week, and early start times.

You will liaise with clients, conduct monthly quality audits, manage time and attendance, recruit staff, and ensure Health and Safety policies are followed. A reliable, energetic team player is essential to uphold our values. The position includes a company vehicle, mobile phone, and pension.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience as cleaning operative, minimum 6 months (desirable).
• Supervisory/management experience, minimum 6 months (essential).
• Reliable, energetic, and able to communicate effectively; team player.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and deliver excellent customer care on site.
• Meet with clients and obtain monthly quality audits.
• Update time and attendance system daily.
• Recruit staff when required using onboarding system.
• Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.
• Liaise with line manager and other account managers as needed.
• Provide daily reports to Senior Account Manager.
