Job summary

Churchill Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a multi-site, high-demand contract in Surrey. You will lead a team of team leaders and cleaners, ensuring top service standards and strong client relationships across 5-7 sites.

You\'ll manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses, while maintaining Health & Safety compliance and driving continuous improvement. Travel between sites will be required as part of the role.

Based across Surrey (Chertsey, Banstead, Godalming and Tongham), with regular travel between sites.

£37,000 – £39,000 per annum depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our growing Make Ready Division, overseeing an emergency services contract across Surrey. With several exciting new business wins across the capital, there’s never been a better time to become part of our expanding team.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of team leaders and cleaning operatives to deliver exceptional service standards across 5-7 sites. Your leadership, people management, and client relationship skills will be vital in ensuring continued success and client satisfaction.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee and uphold the quality-of-service delivery across all sites.
• Recruit, manage, and coach cleaning teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
• Conduct regular reports, audits, and project reviews to support the Operations Manager and meet contractual requirements.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients to ensure ongoing alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account growth.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will have:

• Proven leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, manage pressure, and influence at all levels.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• A solid understanding of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning industry.
• Previous experience managing commercial cleaning contracts, facilities services, or similar service-based operations would be beneficial.
