Job summary

Churchill Group in London is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee multiple high-end commercial cleaning contracts around the City and West-End. You will lead a large team of Cleaning Operatives and Supervisors to deliver exceptional service standards, aligning with client expectations and contractual requirements.

The role focuses on people leadership, client relationships, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience in budgeting and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety in cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across contracts.
• Oversee and uphold service delivery quality across sites.
• Recruit, manage, and coach cleaning teams to drive high performance.
• Conduct reports, audits and reviews to support Account Director and meet contractual requirements.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients for alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and account growth.
