Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee an emergency services contract across Surrey, with travel between Chertsey, Banstead, Godalming and Tongham. The role leads a team across 5–7 sites and focuses on delivering exceptional service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in facilities services or cleaning operations.
• Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting for contracts.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
• Experience managing commercial cleaning contracts or facilities services.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to sustain high satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery across 5–7 sites and uphold quality standards.
• Recruit, manage and coach cleaning teams for performance and engagement.
• Prepare regular reports, audits and reviews to support contract requirements.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients to ensure alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
