Job summary

Churchill Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a multi-site, high-demand contract in Surrey. You will lead a team of team leaders and cleaners, ensuring top service standards and strong client relationships across 5-7 sites.

You\'ll manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses, while maintaining Health & Safety compliance and driving continuous improvement. Travel between sites will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management expertise.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety within facilities or cleaning services.
• Experience managing commercial cleaning contracts or facilities services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Oversee and uphold quality-of-service delivery across all sites.
• Recruit, manage, and coach cleaning teams to maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular reports, audits, and project reviews to support operations.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients to ensure alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account growth.
