Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee an emergency services contract across Surrey. You will lead and inspire a team of leaders and operatives to deliver high service standards across 5–7 sites, focusing on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You will manage financials, forecasts and performance analysis while ensuring Health & Safety compliance and strong client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across Surrey contracts.
• Oversee and uphold the quality of service delivery across 5–7 sites.
• Recruit, manage and coach cleaning teams to drive performance.
• Produce regular reports, audits and reviews for the Operations Manager.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients.
