Job summary

Priory Hospital Llanarth Court is looking for a Cleaner to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (25 hours per week). The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment and adhering to Priory standards. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with shifts typically 7am–5pm, 7 days a week.

You will work as part of the Site Support Roles team, reporting to Nanette Dixon, contributing to a compassionate care environment in Llanarth Court, near Usk.

Qualifications

• Good standard of English is required.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills are expected.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – training provided.

Priory Hospital Llanarth Court is looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team in a Permanent, Part- Time basis working 25 hours per week.

You don’t need previous experience – just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. In return, we’ll support you with full training and the opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference every day. We are happy to discuss your preferences for working days and hours, with shifts typically available between 7am–5pm, Monday to Sunday.

Priory Hospital Llanarth Court, located in the rural area of Usk, Monmouthshire, offers secure services for adult males and females. We are a sector leading example of how providing a wide variety of care settings and a clear care pathway in the direction of recovery, can benefit all individuals.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
• Supporting colleagues where required
