Job summary

Ebor Academy Trust is seeking a part-time Cleaner to cover term-time with fixed term until 31 August 2027. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm, plus two weeks at school holidays.

The aim is to keep a clean, healthy environment for pupils and staff; duties include cleaning bathrooms, floors, and general tidying. Training is provided; team working and reliable timekeeping are valued.

Qualifications

• To be able to work well within a team
• The ability to communicate well with everyone in the school community
• Excellent time keeping skills and been a reliable member of the team
• Experience would be beneficial however it is not essential as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate

Salary: £13.28 per hour

The aim of the role is to provide a good quality cleaning service that is responsive to the needs of the school, resulting in a clean and healthy environment for pupils and staff. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;
