Job summary

Grimley and Holt C of E Primary School is seeking a School Cleaner to help keep our rural primary school sparkling clean and safe for our pupils and staff. You’ll be part of a supportive team, cleaning classrooms, corridors and shared spaces to maintain a welcoming environment.

This role includes 3 hours per day, 5 days a week during term time with additional holiday hours for deep cleaning. We value reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with others.

You’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team, working behind the scenes to ensure our classrooms, corridors, and shared spaces are spotless and inviting. With just 90 children, our school has a close-knit, community feel — and we’d love for you to be part of it!

What We’re Looking For

• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential

Working Hours

• 3 hours per day
• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) – term time only plus
• Holiday hours for deep cleaning activities
