Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Grade A SCP 2 £10,172 (Actual salary, Part time)

Hours Per Week: 15 hours, 3pm 6pm, all year round

Base Location: Arlies Primary School

Assessment Date: 19th January 2026

We are looking to appoint someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimum supervision and to varying deadlines. Full training will be provided.

Purpose of the post

To provide a cleaning service that complies with standards and ensures a safe and clean environment for students, staff and visitors in accordance with health & safety requirements. Liaising with the Headteacher, School Business Manager, Senior Leadership Team, teachers and support staff, parents, pupils and visitors.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The above post will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.

Hours worked during school holidays are compressed
