Job Title: Cleaner

Contract Type: Permanent

Total weekly contractual hours: 40

Shift Pattern: Flexible working times and days required. Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work, early mornings, evenings, split shifts.

Location: Covers Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and supporting other regions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of designated cleaning area and understand timing for work.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team, showing initiative and building positive relationships with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
