Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking Class 2 Refuse Collection Drivers to work with the local council in a long-term role. Candidates must have a Class 2 LGV licence and be able to work outdoors in all weather. This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday and occasional weekends required, making flexibility essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and valid Class 2 LGV/HGV vehicle licence.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Must possess a valid digital tacho card.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle and operate machinery for refuse loading.
• Collect and empty commercial and residential waste bins.
• Report vehicle and machinery concerns to the Transport team.
