Assistant Manager, Sales & Team Lead

Driving sales, motivating the team, and managing day‑to‑day operations. The role reports to the Team Manager and supports key KPIs and overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Motivate, coach, and support team members.
  • Maintain efficient scheduling and workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries, create itineraries, and provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions for customers and the team.
  • Assist in building dream trips for customers.
  • Share travel expertise with staff and customers.
  • Ensure customer experience delivers a “red‑carpet” service.
  • Mentor staff as trusted advisors.
  • Maintain a track record of strong and consistent transfers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months’ Travel Consultant experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities under pressure and the capacity to shoulder extra responsibilities alongside a consultant role.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
