Davies is seeking a Claims Handler to join our Property team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be the voice of Davies, providing empathetic service and guiding customers through the claims journey.

Based at our Stoke office with hybrid working after probation, this full-time role places you at the heart of the customer journey, handling claims, liaising with insurers, and ensuring timely, compliant resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyse policies to determine claim coverage and plan processing strategies.
• Keep policyholders informed about claim progress through clear correspondence.
• Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and update systems.
• Issue payments and arrange settlements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to team success and drive business growth.
