Davies is seeking a Claims Handler - Property to join our Claims Management team. This on-site role in Stoke-on-Trent offers hybrid working after probation, full-time hours and a clear progression path within an international insurance company.

You will manage the end-to-end claims process, liaising with customers, insurers and suppliers nationwide, and ensure timely, accurate settlements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyzing policies to determine claim coverage and devise processing strategies.
• Keeping policyholders informed about claim progress through correspondence.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Issuing payments and arranging settlements as needed.
