Davies is seeking a proactive Claims Co-ordinator in Stoke (hybrid) to support Loss Adjusters and drive a smooth claims journey for customers and clients.

You will manage daily tasks within SLA, proofread documents, chase suppliers, and uphold data protection and confidentiality while navigating company systems and processes. The role requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a friendly, reliable point of contact.
• Manage your daily tasks within agreed SLAs to keep claims moving.
• Chase internal and external suppliers to ensure timely progress on each claim.
• Proofread documents and correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation with precision.
• Follow Data Protection procedures and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Navigate company systems and processes with confidence.

Responsibilities
