• Active SC Clearance and Sole UK National
• Extensive Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing experience
• Ability to lead, mentor and coordinate a local team

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 Telephony / Video Conferencing incidents
• Support hardware or application troubleshooting
• Respond to customer escalations
• Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing projects
• Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis
• Ensure the sanity of Telephony / Videoconferencing infrastructure
• Management of the local team and sharing of skills
• Vendor & L3 escalations when needed
