Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer-facing environment.

• Good business sense, forecasting targets and reporting.
• Clear communication and delegation abilities.
• Experience in people management, payroll or similar processes.
• Proficient with IT tools and cinema technology.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive culture, deliver a great customer experience and promote inclusion.
• Execute the cinema's business plan and KPIs for the team.
• Optimize film schedules to improve cinema performance against targets.
• Forecast attendance and adjust staff hours accordingly.
• Lead, coach and review staff performance and development.
• Manage recruitment, payroll, and staff budgeting with systems.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and audits.
• Provide regular training and upskill the team.
