ODEON Cinemas Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to help lead the team and bring the buzz of a great cinema to life. You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth operations, oversee guest experience, and coach team members to raise service levels.

You’ll work evenings, weekends and late nights to support peak releases, maintaining safety, cleanliness and compliance while delivering memorable guest moments and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering.
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Running shift briefings and making on shift-operational decisions.
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
