Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Group is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead and energize a team of Cinema Hosts across shifts. You’ll oversee guest experience from entry to departure, including retail, ticketing and ushering, while maintaining high standards of safety and service during peak showings.

You’ll coach colleagues, drive guest-centric improvements, and ensure smooth operations with clear shift briefings. The role requires flexible hours, evening/weekend availability and a customer‑first

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality or fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage dynamic operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts across shifts.
• Oversee guest experience in all areas: retail, ticketing, ushering.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance during busy showings.
• Run shift briefings and make on‑the‑spot operational decisions.
• Coach team members to develop skills and progression.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and guest satisfaction.
