Location : Hybrid Working (Office / Remote)

Salary : Competitive dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join our clients expanding team specialising in Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of CICA matters supporting clients throughout the entire claims process with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims from inception through to settlement.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance throughout the claims process.
• Prepare and submit detailed applications appeals and supporting documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients witnesses and third parties to gather evidence and progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate case management records and meet all key deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate

• Prior knowledge and experience of the CICA scheme (essential).
• 23 years relevant experience within personal injury or CICA work (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage cases independently from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Confident IT user with experience in case management systems.
• Empathetic professional and client-focused approach.
