Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with registration through Social Work England.
• Experience within children in care, safeguarding, or statutory children’s services.
• Familiarity with Signs of Safety or other strengths-based practice models.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children in care, ensuring all statutory duties are met.
• Develop outcome-focused Care Plans to support each child’s individual needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely case records in line with statutory requirements.
