A leading special education provider in the UK is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Oxford, England. This role involves supporting young people in their daily lives, enhancing their childhood experiences, and contributing to their development. You'll start life as a Residential Support Worker (RSW) by joining our Care Academy – a 4‑week off‑the‑job training program with experienced WG professionals to help you feel confident and ready to support our young people.

Working in our Children's Homes means being part of a young person's day‑to‑day life. You will be there for the highest highs and lowest lows, supporting them to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well‑rounded adults. Your day will involve ensuring they are up and ready for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, planning activities, and providing fun evenings and weekends (Xbox, football, film days, go‑karts).

Base salary: £29,034 – £35,400
With good attendance and up to 4 sleep‑ins per month it could grow to £36,274 – £42,640.
