Working in our children’s homes means being part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life, supporting their social, emotional and mental health needs and helping them to become well‑rounded adults.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the daily routine runs smoothly and the residents are ready for school and other activities.
• Assist with homework, daily preparation and paperwork.
• Plan and facilitate engaging activities, both daytime and evenings/wkends (e.g., Xbox, sports, film nights, go‑karting, etc.).
• Support each young person’s individual needs, personality and potential, guiding them toward a positive future.
• Maintain a safe, caring, and supportive environment for all residents.
