Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate Children’s Complex Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide dedicated care for an 11-year-old client with complex medical needs, including ventilator dependence and gastrostomy. The client lives at home with their family and a friendly Cocker Spaniel. We seek someone warm, chatty, and easy-going, capable of building a genuine connection with the family.

Your support will help make each day brighter and more enjoyable for the client. No prior care experience is necessary, as full nurse-led training will be provided. It would be desirable if the care worker is a non-smoker due to the clinical needs of the service user.
