A leading care provider in Bexhill-on-Sea is seeking a Support Worker to assist a young client with autism and challenging behavior. Responsibilities include personal care, community outings, and fostering a positive rapport. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about supporting young people. Competitive pay of up to £14 per hour and comprehensive training provided.
Position: Support Worker
Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
Contract Type: Part-time
Shifts: Day shifts (10am-4pm / 12pm-4pm) - weekdays and weekends

We’re looking for a Support Worker to support our brand new young client in Bexhill-on-Sea. Our client has needs such as autism and challenging behaviour. This role offers a unique opportunity to help our young client thrive both at home and in the community. All of the shifts are double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).
We are looking for a driver with a car, to enable the client to access the community.
Support the client with personal care, medication, and daily activities.
Supporting the client with moving and handling
Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviors and build a trusting, positive rapport.
Drive the client to exciting community outings
Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team-based support
Competitive Pay: Up to £14 per hour (depending on experience)
Training & Development: Full specialist training course, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Clinical Care Manager.

Experience with autism and challenging behaviors (a plus, but not required).
