Job summary

The Esland Group Ltd in Macclesfield is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.

You’ll work a 173 hours per month pattern (2 days on, 4 days off) with sleep-ins, based in Blakelow Bank, Macclesfield. Full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK and being over 21 are required. This 365-day service delivers consistent support for children every day.

Pay rate: £35,122 - £35,745 per annum (based 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour *). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.

Location: Macclesfield
