The Esland Group Ltd near Newport is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our Residential team. You will support and build positive, trusting relationships with young people in a nurturing, therapeutic home, helping them grow, learn, and participate in activities and community outings.
The role offers a permanent full-time contract with a salary of £32,242 to £35,745 per year, plus sleep payments (£60 per sleep) and enhanced hourly rates (£13.45–£13.75).

Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 6 - 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (depending on qualification).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.)
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
