Job summary

Esland is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a warm, 365-day home for three children. You’ll deliver loving care, assist with daily routines and plan engaging activities, from arts and crafts to outings. You’ll be a patient, resilient presence who helps children thrive and feel secure in a nurturing environment.

This permanent full-time role offers weekends and sleep-in shifts, with a supportive team and opportunities for progression within the residential service.

Pay rate: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
