Esland Group is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our 365-day residential service in Blakelow Bank, Macclesfield. You will deliver compassionate care, support daily routines, and design engaging activities that meet each child’s needs.

This rewarding role requires resilience and a nurturing approach to help children thrive. With a permanent, full-time contract, you will contribute to a safe, stable home environment and work under the Home Manager.

• Full UK driving licence is required.

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Blakelow Bank - Macclesfield

Reporting To: Home Manager

Compensation: £35,122 - £35,745 / year

Pay rate: £35,122 - £35,745 per annum (based 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour *). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.

Location: Macclesfield

What we're looking for:
