Job summary

Esland Group in Macclesfield is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker who can provide high‑quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.

You’ll work a 173‑hour monthly pattern with shifts including sleeps, and there are genuine opportunities to progress to Senior Support Worker and management roles. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

Compensation

£35,122 - £35,745 / year

Pay rate

£35,122 - £35,745 per annum (based on 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour*). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours

173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
